We are seeking a Senior Network Engineer for our client, an award-winning organization in the private sector. This role will be pivotal in delivering ongoing projects and supporting the company's growth and will be at the forefront of cutting-edge networking projects. We're looking for a top-tier professional to lead and deliver impactful solutions.

They work with the following Technology Stack, although experience is not expected in all: 

  • Meraki
  • Juniper
  • Aruba
  • Ubiquiti
  • Ekahau

Responsibilities

  • Project Delivery: Lead and manage networking projects from inception to completion.
  • Operations: Handle networking-related issues and provide third-line support.
  • Auditing & Surveys: Conduct audits and site surveys to ensure network integrity and performance.
  • Overtime Opportunities

Must-Have Skills

  • Technology Expertise: Proficiency with Meraki or Aruba, Ubiquiti, Ekahau, Juniper, and Wi-Fi technologies.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5+ years in a similar role within the private or corporate sector.
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized with excellent timekeeping abilities.
  • Forward-Thinking: Ability to anticipate challenges and proactively develop solutions.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Technology: Experience with Ubiquiti or Ekahau 
  • Certifications: Additional certifications in networking, wireless and Wi-Fi.
  • Experience: Familiarity with external fiber (Openreach).
  •  Flexibility: Adaptable to working in a flexible workspace environment.
  • Leadership: Proven experience in leading technical teams.

Ideal Experience: 

  • Private Sector Experience: Background in a corporate environment.
  • Team Leadership: Experience leading a team of technical experts.
  •  Organized: Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Technically Proficient: Strong technical acumen with hands-on experience in the specified technologies.
