Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, deploy, and configure Microsoft 365 services, including Intune, Autopilot, SharePoint, and Teams.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Microsoft 365 services.
- Create and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Mentor junior engineers and support staff as needed.
- Stay abreast of the latest Microsoft cloud technologies and industry trends.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in managing, deploying, and configuring Microsoft 365 services.
- Strong knowledge of Intune, Autopilot, SharePoint, and Teams.
- Highly desirable: Experience with Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Relevant certifications: MCSE, MS-100, MS-101, MS-500; Azure certifications are beneficial.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members.
