Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain front-to-back trading infrastructure, covering the full trading life-cycle, including order management, exchange connectivity, smart order routing, internalization, and clearing.
- Improve the scalability, performance, and efficiency of existing trading systems.
- Collaborate with the Atlas Development team to solve complex technical challenges using advanced technologies and programming languages.
- Engage in discussions of intricate technical problems, ensuring clear communication within the collaborative team environment.
- Continually seek to learn and grow, contributing to the development of both personal and team knowledge.

Skills/Must have:
- B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field or experience
- 5+ years of experience building and designing distributed and scalable software in general purpose languages such as Java, Go, C++

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
