Senior IP Network Engineer - Internet Service Provider

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage core network infrastructure.
• Configure and maintain network hardware and software, including Juniper and Cisco devices.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot complex issues to ensure optimal operation.
• Collaborate with other engineering teams to develop and implement network solutions that meet business customer needs.
• Ensure network security and compliance with industry standards.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior network engineers.
• Stay current with emerging networking technologies and industry trends.

Skills/Must have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in network engineering, with a focus on ISP networks.
• Extensive experience with Juniper and Cisco network equipment.
•  In-depth knowledge of IP networking, routing, and switching.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNP, JNCIP) are highly desirable.
