Senior Infrastructure Engineer - MSP

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of complex IT projects for clients.

• Develop cloud and on-premise solutions using technologies such as:

  • Microsoft Azure

  • Microsoft 365

  • Server and network infrastructure

  • Microsoft Intune

• Ensure client IT environments are secure, reliable, and resilient.

• Provide high-level technical support and mentorship to junior engineers.

• Collaborate with sales and account management teams to align technical solutions with client needs.

• Conduct technical assessments and provide solution recommendations.

• Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and resource coordination.

• Ensure best practices and industry standards are followed in all implementations.

• Act as a senior escalation point for complex technical issues.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes and technical documentation.

Skills/Must have:

• Plan, design, and execute cloud and on-premise projects for our clients using Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Intune, physical server and network infrastructure and other technologies. 
• Develop and Manage project scope, budget, timeline, and deliverables. 
• Provide input on process improvements to the project scoping and project delivery process. 
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers. 
• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. 
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and company best practices. 

Salary:

• $120,000 base
