They are now seeking a Senior BD Account Manager to join their team in West Sussex.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively research, target, and reach out to prospective client companies across various industries in the UK.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the resource outsourcing and headhunting needs of your target clients.
  • Craft and deliver compelling sales pitches and proposals that highlight the value of our services.
  • Negotiate contract terms and service level agreements to secure new client engagements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and delivery of services to new clients.
  • Maintain an extensive network of relevant industry contacts and leverage this network to uncover new leads.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client needs to identify new business opportunities.
  • Provide regular updates and forecasts on your sales pipeline and new client wins.

Skills/Must have:

  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management within the resource outsourcing or recruitment industry.
  • Proven track record of acquiring new corporate clients, preferably in the UK market.
  • Exceptional consultative selling and negotiation skills, with the ability to navigate complex decision-making processes.
  • In-depth understanding of the resource outsourcing and headhunting landscape, including market trends, competitor offerings, and client pain points.
  • Extensive professional network within your target industries and sectors, with the ability to leverage these connections.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to tailor messaging to different stakeholders.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the capacity to juggle multiple opportunities simultaneously.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent; advanced degree or professional certification in business, sales, or a related field is preferred.
