Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of a diverse portfolio of customer accounts, focusing on nurturing relationships, understanding their business needs, and ensuring ongoing satisfaction with their solutions.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Microsoft Modern Workplace and Security services, driving revenue growth within your accounts.
- Act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through the adoption and optimization of Microsoft technologies, ensuring they realize the full value of their investments.
- Work closely with internal teams, including technical consultants, project managers, and marketing, to deliver seamless service and support to your accounts.
- Develop and execute account plans that align with both the customer’s business objectives and our company’s growth targets.
Required Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, managing and growing customer accounts in the IT sector.
- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Microsoft Modern Workplace solutions.
- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Microsoft Security services.
- Demonstrated success in identifying and closing upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
