Responsibilities:

  • Maintain positive relationships with co-workers, project managers, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot security systems while managing tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
  • Estimate work efforts and deliver technical solutions that meet business needs.
  • Support installation, maintenance, and expansion of security systems.
  • Ensure smooth operation of CCTV, access control, and other enterprise-level security systems.
  • Collaborate with various teams to design comprehensive security solutions based on organizational standards.
  • Provide training and onboarding support to new Security Operations Engineering (SOE) teams.
  • Participate in on-call duties and provide emergency support as needed.

Skills/Must have:

  • 3+ years of experience maintaining enterprise-level IP-based CCTV systems (e.g., Genetec or equivalent).
  • 3+ years of experience maintaining enterprise-level access control systems (e.g., Prowatch or Lenel).
  • Hands-on knowledge of Prowatch, Lenel, and Genetec systems.
  • Strong ability to read, interpret, and create engineering documents, including control drawings and functional specifications.
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently in high-stress situations.
  • Willingness to travel to other sites as required.
