Responsibilities:
- Maintain positive relationships with co-workers, project managers, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Analyze and troubleshoot security systems while managing tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
- Estimate work efforts and deliver technical solutions that meet business needs.
- Support installation, maintenance, and expansion of security systems.
- Ensure smooth operation of CCTV, access control, and other enterprise-level security systems.
- Collaborate with various teams to design comprehensive security solutions based on organizational standards.
- Provide training and onboarding support to new Security Operations Engineering (SOE) teams.
- Participate in on-call duties and provide emergency support as needed.
Skills/Must have:
- 3+ years of experience maintaining enterprise-level IP-based CCTV systems (e.g., Genetec or equivalent).
- 3+ years of experience maintaining enterprise-level access control systems (e.g., Prowatch or Lenel).
- Hands-on knowledge of Prowatch, Lenel, and Genetec systems.
- Strong ability to read, interpret, and create engineering documents, including control drawings and functional specifications.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently in high-stress situations.
- Willingness to travel to other sites as required.
