Salesforce Architect - Energy

Are you an experienced Salesforce Architect eager to work on an exciting project for a market-leading energy firm? This role focuses on optimising business processes, enhancing customer experiences, and driving digital transformation through the design and implementation of the Energy and Utilities Cloud.

As a Salesforce Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing a global Salesforce solution, defining the architecture, leading integration efforts, and guiding the development team in the effective use of Salesforce technologies.

The role is open on a 6-month contract, working hybrid with one day per week expected on-site in Windsor, and will be working Inside IR35.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement the Energy and Utilities Cloud to optimise business processes, enhance customer experiences, and drive digital transformation for our customers within the energy and utilities industry.
• Define the architecture of the global Salesforce solution in collaboration with a team of architects.
• Lead integration efforts with external systems, ensuring seamless data flow, API integrations, and interoperability across various systems and applications.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to the client to establish a program architectural roadmap.
• Translate business and technology requirements into functional and economical solution architecture.
• Understand energy and utilities industry processes, including customer data management, billing, metering, demand response, and regulatory compliance.

Skills/Must have:

• Project experience working on Salesforce (Sales Cloud & Service Cloud) enterprise integrations.
• Expert knowledge within the Salesforce Lightning platform.
• Hands-on experience with OmniStudio, including DataRaptor, FlexCards, Omniscript, SFIDX, and Integration Procedures, CPQ.
• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce OmniStudio Developer, Industries CPQ Developer, and Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II are highly desirable.
