The client provides cutting-edge hosting solutions tailored for the rapidly expanding Web3, blockchain, and crypto industries. Their advanced infrastructure, powered by AMD EPYC 9354P/9554P and Ryzen 9 7950X3D servers, is optimized for performance, reliability, and scalability, supporting decentralized applications, gaming, and blockchain technologies.

They are now seeking a dynamic Sales Manager with a strong background and network in the Web3, blockchain, and crypto markets. This is an exciting hunter-style sales role where you will be responsible for driving new business and building lasting relationships with key clients. You’ll play a pivotal role in identifying, securing, and managing accounts that require high-performance bare metal servers for their Web3 and blockchain projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Actively hunt for new business opportunities in the Web3, blockchain, and crypto sectors.
  • Leverage your industry connections to open doors and build strategic partnerships.
  • Manage client relationships, from initial onboarding through ongoing support, ensuring long-term satisfaction and growth.
  • Represent the company at international trade shows and industry events (e.g., TOKEN2049) to generate leads and expand the client’s reach.
  • Collaborate with internal technical teams to deliver customized solutions that meet client needs.

Skills/Must have:

  • Extensive sales experience, particularly within Web3, blockchain, crypto, or related technology markets.
  • Strong network within the industry, with the ability to cultivate key business relationships.
  • Proven ability to succeed in a hunter-style sales role, securing and growing new business.
  • Expertise in managing customer accounts and delivering high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Able to navigate fast-paced and evolving technology landscapes.

Salary:

  • Base salary of €120,000 ($120,000 depending on location).
  • Commission structure: 5-10% of all revenue generated.
  • Expected total package around $200,000 ($200,000)
