Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage customer quotes, ensuring accuracy and timely submissions.
- Handle customer inquiries, renewals, and contract-related questions.
- Process orders, maintain customer records, and coordinate with internal teams.
- Assist with invoicing, collections, and maintaining pricing documentation.
- Support customer onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
Skills/Must have:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, conditional formatting, etc.).
- Experience with CRM or sales software (Salesforce, Zoho) is a plus.
- A proactive, customer-focused mindset with the ability to multitask.
