They are currently seeking a Regional Operations Manager to manage a dynamic construction operations for an innovative Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTH) network. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead regional construction teams, ensuring timely, high-quality project execution within budget
  • Oversee installations from aerial/underground networks to in-home setups using advanced fiber optic technologies
  • Manage compliance and reporting, presenting progress to executives while adhering to local, state, and federal regulations
  • Optimize construction productivity, interpreting splicing diagrams, and driving cost-efficiency

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in fiber optic construction management with extensive FTTH project experience
  • Expertise in splicing, OTDR testing, and XGS-PON technologies
  • Proficiency with CAD, GIS tools, and construction software
  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
