Key Responsibilities:
- Lead regional construction teams, ensuring timely, high-quality project execution within budget
- Oversee installations from aerial/underground networks to in-home setups using advanced fiber optic technologies
- Manage compliance and reporting, presenting progress to executives while adhering to local, state, and federal regulations
- Optimize construction productivity, interpreting splicing diagrams, and driving cost-efficiency
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in fiber optic construction management with extensive FTTH project experience
- Expertise in splicing, OTDR testing, and XGS-PON technologies
- Proficiency with CAD, GIS tools, and construction software
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
