The company is seeking for a Regional Ops Manager to oversee fiber drop installations and in-home setups, ensuring quality while managing a diverse team of contractors and employees across 15 different markets.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the planning and execution of fiber drop installations and in-home services for both aerial and underground projects.
  • Track project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and performance indicators, and deliver regular reports to management.
  • Liaise between clients and project teams to address changes, resolve problems, and ensure smooth project flow.
  • Manage vendor and subcontractor relationships, selecting and negotiating contracts to maintain project quality and deadlines.


Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years in a construction or telecommunications leadership role.
  • 1+ years of experience in fiber drop installations and OSP construction.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Smartsheet.
  • Proven track record in managing large teams and coordinating projects across multiple sites.
