They are seeking a highly skilled Python Full Stack Team Leader for an exciting 6-month contract based in London or Ipswich. This role is perfect for a seasoned professional who can lead a team of developers in delivering cutting-edge solutions for telecom OSS and BSS development projects.

Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of developers in creating and maintaining high-quality Python applications.
- Design and implement robust APIs to support various business requirements.
- Oversee full-stack development projects, ensuring seamless integration between front-end and back-end systems.
- Drive OSS (Operations Support Systems) and BSS (Business Support Systems) development to enhance our telecom solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and efficient solutions.
Must-Haves:
- Extensive experience with Python programming.
- Proven experience in API development.
- Strong full-stack development skills, including front-end and back-end integration.
- Solid experience in OSS-BSS development.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Leadership experience with the ability to mentor and guide a development team.
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools.
Salary:
- Day Rate: £550PD - £625PD (Outside IR35)
