They are now seeking a Project Manager to oversee the entire process of managing and delivering projects for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Communication and Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
- Ensure effective communication standards are maintained.
- Team Direction and Coordination:
- Provide guidance to AV team members throughout project phases.
- Coordinate with construction stakeholders for seamless integration.
- Project Initiation and Planning:
- Attend client meetings to present detailed project scopes and concepts.
- Document client approvals and project plans.
- Resource Planning and Documentation:
- Plan and schedule project resources efficiently.
- Utilize project management software for scheduling and documentation.
- Quality Assurance and Timeliness:
- Maintain installation standards and ensure project milestones are met.
- Deliver projects on time and within budget constraints.
- Financial Management and Pricing Review:
- Manage project finances, including progress claims and pricing assessments.
- Review quotations for effort metrics and equipment selection.
Requirements:
- Experience and Qualifications:
- Tertiary qualifications or a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- Ability to obtain NV1 Government Security Clearance.
- Technical Expertise:
- Experience in quote and tender preparation, equipment selection, and design.
- Industry certifications and training in AV systems.
- Software Proficiency:
- Competence in using Microsoft Office suite of products.
- Familiarity with project management software.
- Health, Safety, and Environmental Awareness:
- Completion of general inductions including White Card, Asbestos Awareness, Asbestos Containment, and Silica Awareness.
