Responsibilities:

  • Manage the planning, coordination, and execution of telecom, fiber, and FTTx construction projects from start to finish.
  • Ensure the inspection and readiness of optical mainline and drop networks for successful product deployments.
  • Liaise with customer representatives for project updates, changes, and reports, ensuring seamless communication.
  • Oversee that construction standards, procedures, and safety guidelines are followed throughout each project.


Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in managing telecom or fiber construction projects.
  • Proven ability to coordinate and oversee complex construction activities.
  • Strong understanding of network design and deployment standards.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills for effective customer and team interactions.
