Role Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: You'll oversee all project construction and production requirements, managing subs, in-house, and field personnel.
  • Quality Control: You'll ensure high standards in production inspection, approval, and reporting.
  • Resource Management: You'll handle materials oversight, work assignments, and equipment provisioning.
  • Administrative Oversight: You'll manage project administrative requirements, including payroll, permits, and engineering tracking.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Experience: 7+ years in OSP Telecom Project Management
  • Field Expertise: Prior success in FTTH construction projects with a hands-on approach
  • Management Skills: Experience managing 50+ drill, trench, aerial, and splicing crews
  • Operational Insight: Deep understanding of production, quality control, and safety management
