Responsibilities:
- Automation & Infrastructure Management:
- Design and implement automated provisioning, configuration, and deployment for Linux and Windows environments using tools like Ansible, Terraform, and PowerShell DSC, while creating and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for streamlined system updates and managing cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) to optimize performance and cost efficiency.
- Monitoring & Performance Optimization:
- Deploy and manage monitoring tools (Elastic, SolarWinds, Zabbix) for proactive system monitoring, while tracking server health, application performance, and network metrics to troubleshoot issues and optimize system performance and resource utilization.
- Security & Compliance:
Implement security best practices, including vulnerability scans, patch management, and access controls, while automating backup and restoration processes for Linux and Windows servers to maintain a consistent and scalable system security posture based on industry standards. - System Integration & Collaboration:
Collaborate with system administrators and IT operations teams to resolve system-related issues and integrate existing systems for seamless operation, while providing technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members. - High Availability & Disaster Recovery:
Develop and implement high-availability and disaster recovery solutions, automate configuration management policies for consistent server setups, and participate in out-of-hours migrations and changes to minimize operational impact. - CI/CD & Workflow Optimization:
Design and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or GitHub Actions, automate build, test, and deployment workflows to enhance software delivery, and troubleshoot and optimize pipelines for performance and reliability. - Documentation & Knowledge Sharing:
Document workflows, configurations, and automated processes for future reference, and conduct training sessions to share knowledge on DevOps tools and best practices.

Qualifications & Experience:
- 10+ years of overall experience, including 5+ years in Network/Systems projects.
- Expertise in Linux and Windows environments, Infrastructure as Code tools, and cloud platforms.
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools, monitoring systems, and security best practices.
- Solid understanding of ITSM processes and principles.
