Role Responsibilities:

• Lead the OSP Engineering team to meet production goals.
• Oversee fiber design processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Analyze surveys, maps, and geographic data for project planning.
• Collaborate with field teams to support construction efforts and resolve design conflicts.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in OSP fiber design and engineering
• Proficiency in ArcGIS/ESRI products
• Strong knowledge of FTTH/Telecom industry design principles
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
