Role Responsibilities:
- Lead the OSP Engineering team to meet production goals.
- Oversee fiber design processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Analyze surveys, maps, and geographic data for project planning.
- Collaborate with field teams to support construction efforts and resolve design conflicts.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in OSP fiber design and engineering
- Proficiency in ArcGIS/ESRI products
- Strong knowledge of FTTH/Telecom industry design principles
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
