Network Technician (w/m/d) - System Integrator

A prominent System Integrator based in Heilbronn is seeking a talented and driven Network Technician to join their team.

You will be working across networking and systems administration, configuring Cisco routers and switches, and Windows system administration. 

This role will require occasional travel to project sites to ensure the successful installation and maintenance of mission-critical infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain Cisco routers, switches, and associated networking equipment.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and implement effective solutions.
• Configure and maintain Windows systems, including user accounts, permissions, and security settings.
• Assist in the deployment and integration of CCTV and monitoring software systems.
• Conduct routine maintenance and updates for network and system infrastructure.
• Perform on-site installations, inspections, and repairs as needed.
• Document network configurations, system changes, and troubleshooting processes.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure the seamless operation of IT infrastructure.

Skills/Must have:

• Proven experience with Cisco networking (CCNA or higher certification is a plus).
• Strong knowledge of routing and switching protocols (e.g., OSPF, EIGRP, VLANs).
• Experience with Windows system administration, including Active Directory and Group Policy.
• Familiarity with CCTV systems and monitoring software is highly desirable.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
