Network Technician - IT Service Provider

We are partnered with a company that has been providing Enterprise-level IT services to California Schools, Local and State agencies, and businesses for more than 20 years. In addition, they also partner with the nation's leading distributors to ensure that their solutions are effective and cost-competitive. As a result, they are continuously building an extensive client base and are looking to expand into adjacent markets.

To achieve this goal, they are looking to add individuals to the engineering team who are looking for an opportunity to grow in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about developing a career in technology.

This role can lead to design, support, and training roles. A successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring an accurate and timely installation of network equipment and cabling, as designed by the Engineering department.

Responsibilities:

• Physical installation of solutions at customer sites, including Switches, Routers, Firewalls, Cameras, and Cabling.

Skills/Must have:

• Clean Driver's License
• Expertise with basic hand tools
• Comfortable with ladder work
• Self-starter, detail oriented
• No criminal record
• Physical layer network troubleshooting (preferred)
• 1 year of physical network device installation
• Ability to lift 50 pounds repeatedly.

Salary:

• $28ph
