Responsibilities: 

• Implement, and maintain network infrastructure for clients, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality.
• Manage and support Office 365 environments, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams.
• Oversee Azure services, including virtual machines, storage, networking, and security.
• Maintain and troubleshoot Active Directory environments, including user and group management, Group Policy, and domain controllers.
• Implement and manage network security measures, including firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection/prevention systems.
• Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments.
• Provide high-level technical support to clients, resolving issues promptly and effectively.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Conduct regular system and network maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for network configurations, processes, and procedures.
• Prepare reports on network performance and incidents for management and clients.

Required Skills/Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a network/system administration role within a managed services environment.
• Proven experience with Office 365, Azure, and Active Directory.
• Strong background in route-switch networking.
• Proficiency in managing and configuring routers, switches, firewalls, and other network devices.
• Strong understanding of network protocols and troubleshooting techniques.
• Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) is a plus.
• Familiarity with PowerShell scripting and automation.
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, and Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) are highly desirable.
