Responsibilities:

• Act as first-line support for enterprise customers via calls, emails, and ticketing systems.
• Provide technical expertise in installations, troubleshooting, deployment, and configuration of wireless network equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues, taking ownership from start to finish.
• Collaborate with network support engineers worldwide to resolve network tickets.

Skills/Must have:

• Understanding of IP networking fundamentals and routing protocols.
• Hands-on experience in troubleshooting network issues.
• Certifications such as Cisco (CCNA), Juniper (JNCIA) are a nice to have
