Responsibilities: 

  • Configure and troubleshoot Layer 2/3 networks, supporting various networking tasks.
  • Work in a rotating shift pattern: 3 months on night shift, 9 months off night shift.
  • Respond to Tier III escalations for customer issues and provide proactive support.
  • Involved in planning and maintaining the network infrastructure, ensuring minimal downtime and efficient performance.


Required Skills & Experience:

  • Aptitude for learning new things quickly and logical problem-solving skills.
  • Moderate to advanced networking experience, including Layer 2/3 networking.
  • Familiarity with OSPF, BGP, VLANs, and other networking protocols.
  •  Experience with Mikrotik RouterOS, VMware, or Proxmox is a plus.
