The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing network support, operations, and project assistance, with a strong background in Telco and ISP environments. The role involves working on routing and switching technologies primarily with Cisco or Juniper equipment, data center operations, connectivity testing, ticket handling, network monitoring, and proficiency in key protocols such as BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, and MPLS.

- Day rate - £350PD -£400PD
Must Haves:
- Proven experience in network support and operations within Telco or ISP environments.
- Strong background in routing and switching technologies, with proficiency in Cisco or Juniper equipment.
- Provide network support for daily operations, troubleshooting, and maintenance tasks.
- Assist in network project deployments and upgrades.
- Hands-on experience in handling tickets efficiently, prioritizing tasks, and meeting SLAs.
- Proficiency in network monitoring tools and protocols.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, JNCIA, or JNCIS are highly desirable.nce with data center operations and connectivity testing.
