Responsibilities:

  • Design, deploy, and optimize Cisco DNA Center / Catalyst Center solutions for network automation.
  • Provide 3rd-line support, troubleshooting complex network issues.
  • Manage and improve LAN/WAN, SD-Access, and SD-WAN infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance network security and performance.
  • Maintain best practices within ITIL frameworks.

Skills / Must-Have:

  • CCNP/CCIE-level expertise in Cisco DNA Center / Catalyst Center deployment, configuration, and support.
  • Strong background in network automation and routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP).
  • In-depth understanding of network security principles.
  • Experience working in ITIL-driven environments and following best practices.
  • Fluency in English (French is a plus).
