Responsibilities:
- Design, deploy, and optimize Cisco DNA Center / Catalyst Center solutions for network automation.
- Provide 3rd-line support, troubleshooting complex network issues.
- Manage and improve LAN/WAN, SD-Access, and SD-WAN infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance network security and performance.
- Maintain best practices within ITIL frameworks.
Skills / Must-Have:
- CCNP/CCIE-level expertise in Cisco DNA Center / Catalyst Center deployment, configuration, and support.
- Strong background in network automation and routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP).
- In-depth understanding of network security principles.
- Experience working in ITIL-driven environments and following best practices.
- Fluency in English (French is a plus).
