Role Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and maintain Central Offices, Data Centers, Points of Presence, and HQ infrastructure to ensure strong network performance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve network and voice issues, minimizing downtime.
  • Perform router and equipment upgrades, ensuring seamless transitions for customers.
  • Configure and deploy customer networking equipment for optimal performance.
  • Act as an escalation point for critical network issues, providing expert support.


Required Skills and Experience:

  • 3+ years managing enterprise and carrier-level IP/WAN networks.
  • Strong skills in Cisco, Juniper, and Adtran routers and switches.
  • Expertise in IP routing and switching (VLANs, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, QoS).
  • Experience with firewall technologies (Cisco ASA, Juniper SRX, Fortigate).
  • Familiarity with network automation tools (Python, Ansible, Napalm) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of L2VPN/L3VPN technologies (LDP/MPLS/EVPN/VXLAN).
  • CCNA required; CCNP or CCIE preferred.
