Required Skills and Experience:
- Hands-on experience with TCP/IP protocols and network equipment (firewalls, routers, switches, access points).
- Strong troubleshooting skills to address real-time network and server issues.
- Proven ability to implement and migrate network systems in on-site environments.
- Collaborative communication skills to work with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
Role Responsibilities:
- You'll install, configure, and upgrade network equipment, including firewalls, routers, switches, and access points.
- You'll implement customer-specific network solutions, ensuring smooth transitions during migration projects.
- You'll troubleshoot and resolve network issues both on-site and remotely, escalating as needed.
- You'll work closely with vendors to coordinate installations and hardware maintenance.
