Network Engineer - Systems Integrator

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Conduct technical site surveys, including WiFi passive surveys and site preparation.
• Install, configure, and support migration of networking equipment (routers, switches, wireless, firewalls, etc.).
• Perform rack/stack installations and apply basic configurations for remote access.
• Work with brands such as Cisco, Meraki, Huawei, Palo Alto, Aruba, Fortinet, and Microsoft.
• Provide Day 1 onsite support post-installation.
• Provide on-call and standby support (24/7, 4-hour SLA).
• Troubleshoot and replace field-replaceable units (FRUs) to restore service.
• Implement software updates, engineering changes, and process RMA returns.
• Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance.
• Offer first-line technical support, troubleshooting basic issues and escalating complex ones.
• Contribute to ongoing project work as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• CCNA or equivalent Level 1 Network certification.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on networking experience.
• Strong understanding of internetworking (TCP/IP, routing, switching).
• Ability to read and follow technical documentation.
• Basic proficiency in English.
