Key Responsibilities:
- Address and resolve reported incidents within established SLAs
- Deploy internal and core network fabric equipment
- Provision new customer orders
- Assist the sales team and customers with inquiries
- Support technical projects
- Participate in infrastructure installation projects
- Provide on-call support one week per month
Required Skills:
- Proficiency with Cisco Network Equipment
- Valid driver's license - travel to data centers
- Experience with firewall management, preferably Fortinet
Desired Skills:
- Proficiency in multiple languages - French, Dutch, German
- Experience with Linux systems
- BGP Networking
- Data Center experience
- Arista network switches
- CCNA certification
