Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshooting and configuring enterprise networks.
  • Diagnosing and resolving network incidents.
  • Implementing network changes.
  • Supporting project managers with various network-related tasks.
  • Advancing your technical skills through professional training and certifications.

Skills and Experience:

  • A proven track record in supporting enterprise networks with relevant technical certifications.
  • Experience with Firewalls (Palo Alto, Checkpoint, Cisco Firepower, Cisco ASA, and AnyConnect Remote Access).
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for routing issues (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP).
  • A deep understanding of networking protocols (e.g., IPSEC, HSRP, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP).
  • Experience supporting Cisco ACI software-defined networks (multi-site & multi-pod).

Location:

  • On-site in Barrow, 5 days per week. A possible relocation bonus is available.

Security Clearance:

  • Successful candidates must be eligible to obtain Security Check (SC) clearance, which requires continuous UK residency for the past five years.
