Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive network support, ensuring smooth operation and minimal downtime.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues promptly to ensure optimal performance.
• Implement security measures and protocols to safeguard network systems.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend enhancements to improve network efficiency.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in network support.
• CCNA or CCNP certification is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of routing and switching (R&S).
• Proficiency in firewalling, preferably with experience in Fortinet products.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
