Microsoft UC Specialist - IT Solution Provider

We are seeking a Microsoft Unified Communications (UC) Specialist who is a skilled professional responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Microsoft-based Unified Communications solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Design and Implementation:
  • Design, configure, and implement Microsoft Unified Communications solutions based on organizational requirements.
  • Develop detailed technical documentation for UC designs and implementations.
  • Ensure seamless integration of Microsoft UC components, such as Skype for Business or Microsoft Teams, Exchange, and related collaboration tools.
• Network Optimization:
  • Optimize and fine-tune Microsoft UC networks for performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Conduct network assessments and recommend enhancements to improve overall UC system efficiency.
• Troubleshooting and Support:
  • Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to Microsoft UC solutions.
  • Provide advanced support for incidents and service requests, collaborating with other technical teams as needed.
• Security and Compliance:
  • Implement security best practices for Microsoft UC environments.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies related to UC systems.
• Upgrades and Patch Management:
  • Plan and execute upgrades of Microsoft UC software and associated components.
  • Perform routine maintenance activities, including patch management and firmware upgrades.
• Collaboration and Communication:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective UC solutions.
  • Communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Strong experience in designing and implementing Microsoft Unified Communications solutions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft UC technologies, including Skype for Business, Microsoft Teams, Exchange, and related collaboration tools.
• Solid understanding of network protocols, security, and quality of service (QoS) in a Microsoft UC environment.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to analyze and resolve complex UC issues.
• Familiarity with industry best practices and compliance standards for UC systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Several years of relevant experience in designing, implementing, and supporting Microsoft Unified Communications solutions.
• Microsoft certifications related to Unified Communications, such as Microsoft Certified: Teams Administrator Associate, are preferred.
• Continuing education and professional development in line with the evolving nature of Microsoft UC technologies.

Salary: 

• €65k-100k rage depending on level 

Locations: 

• Bavaria - Munich & Nuremberg offices based
• Hybrid (2 x days/home)
