Microsoft & Azure Technical Lead

A rapidly growing Microsoft Gold Partner Cloud Service Provider is seeking an experienced Microsoft and Azure Technical leader to lead a team of consultants. 

The company is one of the fastest-growing Cloud companies in Canada and is seeking someone who can help mature and upskill the team whilst staying consultative and hands-on.

Responsibilities:

• Train and upskill the Azure and Microsoft consultants to stay on top of the tech trends 
• Oversee the team when they are delivering the cloud solutions to ensure the delivery is up to par 
• Consult with the key clients and get involved with the design and deployment of cloud solutions
• Help establish KPIs and Success measures for the team

Skills/Must have:

• Strong Azure and Microsoft project experience 
• Leadership experience - mentoring, training, advising, delegating and more 
• Strong customer consultation experience
