Responsibilities:

  • Integrate schedule development, resource tracking and analysis, critical path development and analysis, build project plans, assessments, and mini schedules as required.
  • Interface with flow management, project managers, engineering, shop, area integrators, and other planners and schedulers to develop daily schedules and respond to changes and issues.
  • Participate in daily telecoms and scheduling meetings and demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities which pertain to operations support.
  • Support systems schedule development, integration, analysis, and deployment as well as communicate with integrated planners, area integrators, and other schedulers regarding changes and issues.
  • Logically group tasks for timely execution.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills/Must have:

  • Must have active Top Secret clearance with SCI or the ability to acquire Top Secret/SCI
  • 3+ years of appropriate and progressive experience OR any equivalent combination of relevant education/experience
  • DoD 8570 IAT II certification
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as presentation and customer interface skills required to secure and schedule inter-organizational support
  • Must be well organized with the ability to coordinate, prioritize, and execute multiple tasks simultaneously in a high-pressure environment
  • Computer experience with Microsoft Office products, including and especially MS Project
  • Must be able to quickly master new computerized tools for schedule development
  • Should be technically inclined and must be able to understand execution of the work to maximize efficiency of personnel and their activities

Highly Preferred:
