Responsibilities: 

  • Lead market expansion, identifying business opportunities and creating strategies to grow market share.
  • Oversee sales operations, developing client relationships and guiding the local sales team to exceed targets.
  • Analyze market performance, conducting research to forecast demand, track trends, and recommend improvements.
  • Collaborate on construction projects, ensuring timely, quality completion within budget.


Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, market analysis, and project management, preferably in the telecommunications or technology industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred); MBA is a plus.
  • Expertise in market research tools and FTTH technology, coupled with strong leadership skills.
  • Willingness to travel 25% of the time and relocate to Bryant, AR, before starting work.
