Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of help desk specialists in providing technical support and assistance to end-users, focusing on Azure AD-related issues and solutions.
• Oversee the administration and management of Azure AD accounts, groups, and policies, ensuring adherence to security best practices and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with IT leadership to develop and implement strategies for optimizing Azure AD performance and functionality.

Skills/Must have:

• Extensive experience in Azure Active Directory administration and management, with a deep understanding of identity and access management principles.
• Proven leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to lead a team and foster a collaborative and supportive work environment.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities, with the capability to address complex Azure AD-related issues effectively.
