Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver first and second level technical support via phone and online channels.
• Provide on-site and desk-side support to our valued clients.
• Manage incidents at both levels, demonstrating strong troubleshooting capabilities.

Experience Required:

• Minimum 2-3 years of IT desktop support experience in Windows environments.
• Familiarity with server support, particularly Windows 2012-2019.
• Solid understanding of computer, network, and internet technologies such as Cisco, Fortinet and VMWare.
• Certification in Microsoft or Cisco or highly desirable.
