L2 Support Specialist (Palo Alto) -

If the answer is yes, we would love to hear from you! We are hiring a L2 Support Specialist to join our team in Madrid to work in out global technical support team, collaborating with engineers across the world.

As a member of the Services Solutions Practice, the L2 Support Specialist will fulfil a supporting role within the business unit. You will drive best in class practices to assist the department to ensure services delivery excellence, and will contribute to a high performance environment in order to achieve and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

•  Provide technical support, including configurations, troubleshooting, and best practices.
•  Manage and track support cases, ensuring timely issue resolution and follow-up.
•  Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues using fault isolation and root cause analysis.
•  Maintain and update customer documentation.
• Clarify system specifications, understand business workflows, and offer objective system use recommendations.
• Analyze system requirements, provide independent advice, and develop agreed-upon solutions.
• Implement new systems and offer ongoing support as required.

Desired skills:

• Fluency in English & Spanish
• Demonstratable technical support experience with Palo Alto technologies, working at a PCNSE level
• In depth routing & switching experience (BGP, OSPF, VLAN)

Nice to have:

• Fluency in another European language
•  Experience working with other networks & security vendors such as Cisco, Checkpoint & F5

Salary:
