The leading consultancy firm is looking for a skilled Juniper Network Engineer –  L2 to join the team for an initial 6-month contract with the potential for extension. This position offers a fully remote working arrangement based in Bangalore, India.

Responsibilities: 

• Configuring and deploying Juniper switches in enterprise and service provider environments.
• Performing routine maintenance, patching, and upgrades to ensure optimal network performance.
• Troubleshooting network issues and supporting operations teams with fault resolution.
• Collaborating with senior engineers and stakeholders to enhance network infrastructure.
• Documenting configurations, changes, and best practices to maintain network integrity.

Required Skills/Qualifications: 

• Hands-on experience with Juniper switches and networking technologies.
• Strong understanding of network protocols, VLANs, and security best practices.
• Experience with network maintenance, patching, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Juniper certifications (JNCIA, JNCIS) are a plus but not essential.
