As a Junior Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities and building relationships with potential clients in the enterprise networking space.
This role is ideal for someone early in their sales career, eager to learn about enterprise networking solutions and develop their sales skills in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. You will work closely with the senior sales team, gaining hands-on experience while contributing to our growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting and Lead Generation:
- Identify and qualify potential customers within the enterprise market.
- Generate leads through cold calls, emails, networking events, and social media outreach.
- Research target industries and companies to understand their networking needs and pain points.
Sales Process Support:
- Assist in preparing and delivering sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
- Work with senior sales representatives to understand client requirements and offer tailored network solutions.
- Participate in meetings with clients and help drive conversations toward closing deals.
Customer Relationship Building:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and existing customers.
- Follow up on leads, answer customer inquiries, and provide pre-sales support.
- Help ensure customer satisfaction through clear communication and understanding of their needs.
Collaboration and Training:
- Collaborate with technical and product teams to gain a deep understanding of enterprise networking solutions.
- Participate in training programs and workshops to stay updated on industry trends and product developments.
- Assist in coordinating marketing campaigns and events aimed at generating leads and promoting the company's solutions.
Sales Administration:
- Keep accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Track and report on sales metrics, progress toward goals, and market trends.
- Assist in preparing sales reports for management.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, IT, or related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer service (experience in IT or networking is a plus but not required).
Skills and Competencies:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong desire to learn and grow in sales, especially in the technology and networking sectors.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
