Responsibilities:

• Provide 1st & 2nd level network support across Aruba Networks and Fortinet vendors.
• Assist with IT and user support as required, contributing to the overall efficiency of the IT operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of network solutions and timely resolution of issues.

Skills/Must have:

• Prior experience in providing network support, preferably with exposure to Aruba Networks and Fortinet.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities to effectively address technical issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
• Proven adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and processes

Salary:

• up to €70,000 per annum
