Responsibilities:

• Setting up and configuring firewall systems, switches, and access points
• Deploying and commissioning network devices
• Managing administrative tasks within the IP network environment
• Developing and maintaining network documentation
• Providing clear and professional 2nd-level support to customers via phone, email, and remote access, following standardised procedures

Skills/Must have:

• Experience with Cisco routing and switching
• CCNA level network knowledge 
• Fluent German speaking

Salary:

• €50,000 gross per year
