Key Responsibilities :
- Produce accurate construction drawings and preliminary designs using 3D modeling software.
- Conduct field inspections to confirm existing conditions and gather critical project data.
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure designs meet specifications and resolve potential conflicts.
- Review and refine designs, continuously improving the quality of deliverables.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 8+ years in drafting and design (or 10 years without a drafting degree)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or MicroStation (3D modeling experience preferred)
- Experience in utility sectors such as water, wastewater, gas, electric, or telecommunications
- Knowledge of construction techniques and project management tools
