Responsibilities:
- providing remote data center support globally
- Coordinating with different teams in the business and third parties
- Racking servers
- Troubleshooting hardware
Skills/Must have:
- Basic hardware, server and network troubleshooting experience
- Server hardware and compute knowledge
- Ability to work individually and within a team
- Organisation and attention to detail
