Responsibilities:
- Resolve technical issues and assist users
- Provide IT support for customers and internal users
- Manage and maintain Active Directory
- Create and maintain technical documentation
- Hybrid working arrangement (Bonn/Cologne)
- Transition to one day per week in-office after upskilling
Skills/Must have:
- Experience in IT support.
- Solid technical knowledge of Microsoft systems.
- Basic knowledge of networks and Microsoft 365.
- Knowledge of Active Directory and Windows 10/11.
- Driver’s license required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer orientation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
