Responsibilities:

  • Resolve technical issues and assist users
  • Provide IT support for customers and internal users
  • Manage and maintain Active Directory
  • Create and maintain technical documentation
  • Hybrid working arrangement (Bonn/Cologne)
  • Transition to one day per week in-office after upskilling

Skills/Must have:

  •  Experience in IT support.
  •  Solid technical knowledge of Microsoft systems.
  •  Basic knowledge of networks and Microsoft 365.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory and Windows 10/11.
  • Driver’s license required.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and customer orientation.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
