IT Manager - Accounting & Finance

We are working with a leading Accounting and Finance company in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area. They provide valuation, financial reporting, and human resources advisory services related to equity compensation and other complex securities.

They are currently looking for an IT Manager to step into a Senior position to help maintain working relationships.  This heterogeneous role requires you to be self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities:

• Keeping employees working and the environment secure
• Day-to-day point of contact with our MSP
• Provisioning/DeProvisioning from the environment (AD and 365)
• Client contract review and IT questionnaire completion
• Some physical setup/teardown/troubleshooting in the office
• SOC 1 tasks – monthly access review, change control, backup review
• Migrating administration tasks to a script-based approach (Powershell, Ansible, etc)
• Constantly leveling-up with trainings and certifications

• Interpersonal skills: such as telephony skills, communication skills, active listening, and customer-care 
• Strong research and analysis skills 
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly 
• Technical awareness: ability to match resources to technical issues appropriately 
• Service awareness of all organization’s key IT services for which support is being provided 
• Understanding of support tools, techniques, and how technology is used to provide IT services 
• Typing skills to ensure quick and accurate entry of service request details 
• Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast moving environment 

Salary & Benefits:

• $70,000 - $80,000
