IT Field Technician - IT Service Provider

They are now seeking a skilled and motivated IT Field Technician to support a leading IT service provider within their Wenatchee office and at client locations. 

This role requires a balance of technical expertise and exceptional client service, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and install workstations, assisting clients with data and software transfer.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues quickly to minimize client downtime.
• Set up, install, and troubleshoot network equipment (e.g., firewalls, switches, access points).
• Follow strict security protocols to protect networks from vulnerabilities.

Qualifications:

• Associate degree or higher in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• At least 2 years of experience as an IT Technician; MSP background preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems (Windows 10, 11, Server 2012-2022).
• Experience with network infrastructure components like firewalls, access points, and switches.
• Experience with Sonicwall and Ubiquiti is strongly preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving skills for complex IT issues.
• Strong communication skills to work effectively with clients, vendors, and team members.
• Professional certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+) are an advantage.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary: $25 - $32 per hour, depending on qualifications.

Work Schedule and Location:

• Full-time position, 40 hours per week.
• Standard 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday.
