They are now seeking a skilled and motivated IT Field Technician to support a leading IT service provider within their Wenatchee office and at client locations.
This role requires a balance of technical expertise and exceptional client service, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and install workstations, assisting clients with data and software transfer.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues quickly to minimize client downtime.
- Set up, install, and troubleshoot network equipment (e.g., firewalls, switches, access points).
- Follow strict security protocols to protect networks from vulnerabilities.
Qualifications:
- Associate degree or higher in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- At least 2 years of experience as an IT Technician; MSP background preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems (Windows 10, 11, Server 2012-2022).
- Experience with network infrastructure components like firewalls, access points, and switches.
- Experience with Sonicwall and Ubiquiti is strongly preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills for complex IT issues.
- Strong communication skills to work effectively with clients, vendors, and team members.
- Professional certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+) are an advantage.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary: $25 - $32 per hour, depending on qualifications.

Work Schedule and Location:
