Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing hardware support for laptops, desktops, tablets, docking stations/port replicators, printers, and MFDs.
  • Supporting Windows 10/11, Virtual Desktops, Active Directory, Antivirus, SCCM, InTune, Microsoft 365, and associated applications.
  • Troubleshooting corporate networks and infrastructure.
  • Supporting a wide range of desktop applications in a corporate environment and understanding their interactions with ICT systems.
  • Utilizing Windows deployment technologies.
  • Delivering proven desktop and application support.
  • Providing remote support where applicable.
  • Demonstrating a keen attention to detail to ensure high-quality service delivery.


Skills and Qualifications: 

  • Strong understanding of corporate networks and firewalls.
  • Experience supporting staff across varying ICT competency levels.
  • Knowledge of asset management and redundant IT equipment processes.
  • Familiarity with disk encryption software.
  • Outstanding customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage a fast-paced, diverse workload.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities with a focus on on-time task delivery.
  • ITIL V3 Foundation certification (preferred).
