Key Responsibilities:
- Providing hardware support for laptops, desktops, tablets, docking stations/port replicators, printers, and MFDs.
- Supporting Windows 10/11, Virtual Desktops, Active Directory, Antivirus, SCCM, InTune, Microsoft 365, and associated applications.
- Troubleshooting corporate networks and infrastructure.
- Supporting a wide range of desktop applications in a corporate environment and understanding their interactions with ICT systems.
- Utilizing Windows deployment technologies.
- Delivering proven desktop and application support.
- Providing remote support where applicable.
- Demonstrating a keen attention to detail to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of corporate networks and firewalls.
- Experience supporting staff across varying ICT competency levels.
- Knowledge of asset management and redundant IT equipment processes.
- Familiarity with disk encryption software.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- Ability to manage a fast-paced, diverse workload.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities with a focus on on-time task delivery.
- ITIL V3 Foundation certification (preferred).
