The company is currently looking for a skilled Internet Protocol (IP) Network Engineer to lead network transformation solutions across APAC.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement IP/MPLS-based network solutions, including BGP, IGP, EVPN, and Segment Routing.
  • Perform network audits, architecture design, and optimization for service providers and enterprises.
  • Lead the turn-up and testing of product lines in greenfield and live environments.
  • Develop and execute Engineering Method of Procedures (EMOPs) for new deployments and in-service upgrades.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve IP networking issues in complex multi-vendor environments.
  • Support Field Engineers on-site and remotely during implementation and testing.
  • Investigate and escalate software defects and network anomalies.


Required Skills & Experience: 

  • Strong expertise in IP/MPLS networking, Carrier Ethernet, Segment Routing, BGP, IGP, EVPN.
  • Hands-on experience with Ciena's CES, 54XX, 6500 or equivalent networking technologies.
  • Experience in network automation and scripting (Python, REST API, Java, TCL/Expect) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Linux/Unix environments and system administration.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
  • Desirable: Knowledge of 4G/5G wireless networking, SDN, and virtualization.
